Positive: i couldnt get the up shower to work. there wasnt a knob? one of the dining table chairs appeared to be broken the seat was not connected. there were used toiletries. i prefer little new ones if you are going to have any. we are seniors and the stairs to the baseent were iffy so we did not start the towels in the washer.

Well maintained, very close to downtown Columbus, kid friendly including things to play with in den, swing in front yard and double swing in backyard

Charming house in a great location. It was comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well supplied. We could easily walk to the Columbus Visitor center and downtown Columbus. I would stay here again.

Positive: The house is cute
Negative: The hot water in the shower switch from scolding hot in the middle of the shower like every 2 minutes, my 8 yr old child got burned it was that hot! Also the beds was so hard could use an updated softer bed. There was a spot on the ceiling above the stove maybe water damage , and a huge hump in the floor with the bunk bed.
